To promote sustainable development by empowering communities through initiatives in education, research and ICT, poverty alleviation, agriculture, health and welfare, innovation and infrastructure, clean energy, gender equality, climate resilience, environmental protection, sustainable urban development, human rights advocacy, improved water and sanitation, peace justice and reconciliation, good governance as well as the advancement of culture and sports.
