Transformative Engineers Foundation Visits St. Brigitta's Catholic Hospital to Strengthen Healthcare Infrastructure

On Friday, 26 June 2026, the Transformative Engineers Foundation (TEF) conducted an official project visit to St. Brigitta's Catholic Hospital to assess the progress of ongoing infrastructure developments aimed at improving access to quality healthcare services within the region.
During the visit, the TEF team toured several key projects currently under construction and development, including the Cancer and Palliative Care Centre, the Morgue Facility, and the expansion and equipping of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Dialysis Centre. These strategic investments are designed to strengthen the hospital's capacity to provide specialized medical services, improve patient care, and respond to the growing healthcare needs of surrounding communities.
The visit also provided an opportunity for constructive discussions with the hospital's management and healthcare professionals regarding infrastructure priorities, engineering solutions, and future collaboration opportunities. TEF reaffirmed its commitment to supporting sustainable healthcare systems through engineering expertise, innovation, and strategic partnerships.
By investing in resilient healthcare infrastructure, the Foundation contributes to improved access to essential medical services, enhanced patient safety, and long-term community well-being. Transformative Engineers Foundation Team Building and Strategic Retreat

On Thursday, 25 June 2026, the Transformative Engineers Foundation (TEF) organized a Team Building and Strategic Retreat, bringing together team members for a day dedicated to strengthening collaboration, enhancing communication, and reinforcing the Foundation's shared vision for sustainable community development.
The event provided an opportunity for staff and volunteers to participate in interactive team-building activities designed to foster trust, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Through engaging exercises and open discussions, participants reflected on the Foundation's achievements, shared innovative ideas, and explored new approaches to delivering impactful engineering and community development initiatives.
As TEF continues to expand its programmes in education, renewable energy, environmental sustainability, healthcare, innovation, and youth empowerment, the retreat emphasized the importance of a united and motivated team in achieving the Foundation's mission. Strong internal collaboration enables TEF to design and implement more effective, sustainable, and community-driven solutions.
Beyond the activities, the retreat also served as a platform to celebrate teamwork, strengthen professional relationships, and reaffirm the Foundation's commitment to excellence, integrity, innovation, and service to society.

Transformative Engineers Foundation Supports Classroom Rehabilitation at Kunurter Primary School

On 12 June 2026, the Transformative Engineers Foundation (TEF) visited Kunurter Primary School as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening education infrastructure and supporting underserved communities. The visit brought together the school management, Board of Management (BOM), teachers, local leaders, parents, and community representatives to discuss the school's immediate infrastructure priorities and identify sustainable solutions for improving the learning environment.
As a tangible contribution, TEF donated 34 tonnes of construction sand valued at KSh 60,000 to support the rehabilitation of damaged classrooms. The donation will contribute to the repair of classroom floors and other essential structural improvements, creating a safer, healthier, and more conducive learning environment for pupils and teachers.
This initiative reflects TEF's commitment to applying engineering, innovation, and community partnerships to address practical development challenges. By supporting improvements to school infrastructure, the Foundation contributes to enhanced educational outcomes, increased student safety, and stronger community resilience.
TEF extends its sincere appreciation to the leadership, staff, learners, and the entire Kunurter Primary School community for their warm reception and collaborative spirit. Women Empowerment Project and Commissioning at Kipomwai Sigilai

On Friday, 20 March 2026, the Transformative Engineers Foundation (TEF) took part in a women empowerment project and the commissioning at Kipomwai Sigilai, under the leadership of Eng. Cromwell Chelilim Kebenei. This important occasion reflected TEF’s ongoing commitment to community empowerment, self-help initiatives, and sustainable local development.
As part of its support, TEF contributed cultural uniforms for use during intercultural festivals, demonstrating the Foundation’s strong appreciation for highly valued cultural events. TEF believes that supporting cultural expression helps preserve heritage, strengthen social cohesion, and promote pride within the community
Visit to Kunurter Primary School

On Monday, 16 March 2026, the TEF team had the privilege of visiting Kunurter Primary School, where the Transformative Engineers Foundation (TEF) provided new school uniforms worth over KES 20,000 to 20 needy pupils. The visit was both meaningful and inspiring, reflecting TEF’s continued commitment to supporting education, restoring dignity, and creating opportunities for young learners.

On 10 March 2026, the TEF team also visited Sigilai Primary School, where we had the opportunity to support the pupils through a meaningful outreach activity. The visit was both joyful and inspiring, and we were encouraged by the enthusiasm of the learners and the warm spirit of the school community.
During the visit, the Transformative Engineers Foundation (TEF) donated a football, a volleyball, a net, and sports uniforms to support sports and student well-being. In addition, TEF contributed KES 20,000 in support of the school, further reflecting our continued commitment to education, child development, and creating better opportunities for young learners.
Commissioning of the 11.6 kW Solar Project at St. Mary’s Masaba

On Tuesday, 10 March 2026, the TEF team had the privilege of visiting St. Mary’s Masaba for the commissioning of the 11.6 kW solar project, funded from Germany through the Diocese of Eldoret, Kenya. The event was a powerful example of how clean energy can directly support education and community development, while also highlighting the importance of partnership and shared vision.
As part of its commitment to practical empowerment and institutional support, TEF also donated a welding machine worth KES 20,000 to the school. The machine will be used for self-reliance projects, helping to promote skills development, innovation, and sustainability within the school community.

Commissioning of the Second Phase of the MUREPHAR Solar Energy Project at Moi University

The 57.1 kW solar project, funded by Germany, demonstrates the power of partnership, innovation, and practical sustainable solutions in supporting education and community development. Its commissioning reaffirmed the value of collaborative action in creating lasting impact for institutions, learners, and surrounding communities.
Visit to Kabobo Primary School

On Friday, 6 March 2026, the TEF team had the privilege of visiting Kabobo Primary School in a heartwarming and inspiring outreach activity. The visit provided a wonderful opportunity to engage with the pupils and school leadership, and to witness firsthand the great potential, determination, and enthusiasm of the young learners.
As part of its commitment to education, student well-being, and environmental care, TEF donated sanitary towels, pens, a school football, a volleyball, and a volleyball net, while also planting trees within the school compound. In addition, TEF contributed KES 20,000 in support of the school, further demonstrating our dedication to empowering schools and creating better opportunities for children.
